At Frag, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Frag Originals & Frag Creations
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window starting from the date of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition it was received. A valid reason must be provided for all return and exchange requests. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Fragments & Customized Perfumes
Because these products are made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Every Fragment is 3D-printed to order and every customized perfume is blended to your personal preferences — making them non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, regardless of the product type.

Exchange Limit
Each order is eligible for a maximum of one exchange. The exchanged item must meet the same return conditions listed above.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us at fragperfumes.eg@gmail.com with your order number, the product in question, and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
