1. Orders
An order is confirmed once you place it and receive its order number. We may cancel an order (and tell you why) if a product is no longer available, if a price or detail was shown in error, or if we can’t reach you to confirm the delivery. You can ask to cancel an order before it’s handed to the courier.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include all taxes. Shipping is free on orders above 1,400 EGP; below that, a flat 100 EGP is added at checkout. With cash on delivery, you pay the courier the order’s total when it arrives.
3. Delivery
We deliver across Egypt through our courier partner. Frag Originals arrive within 3-5 working days, Frag Creations within 5-6 and customized perfumes within 6-8. Please make sure your address and mobile number are right: a delivery that fails because of them may be charged its shipping again.
4. Customized perfumes
A customized perfume is blended to the answers you give in Frag Studio and labelled with the name and words you choose. Please don’t use names, logos or words that belong to someone else or that are offensive: we may decline to print them. Because it’s made only for you, a customized perfume can’t be returned or exchanged, unless it arrives damaged.
5. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges follow our Return & Exchange Policy: 7 days from delivery for unused Originals and Creations in their original packaging, one exchange per order.
6. Our perfumes
“Inspired by” means our perfumer’s own interpretation of a well-known scent. Frag isn’t connected to or endorsed by the brands named, whose names belong to their owners. Everyone’s skin is different: test a little first if you have sensitive skin, and stop using a perfume that irritates it.
7. The website
The photos, texts, names and designs on this website belong to Frag. Please don’t copy them without our permission. We work to keep the website accurate and available, but can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
8. Liability
Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn’t allow such a limit.
9. The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We may update them; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
