Delivery and payment
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 24 hours. Frag Originals arrive in 3–5 working days, Frag Creations in 5–6, and customized perfumes in 6–8, anywhere in Egypt. You get a tracking number by SMS or email once it leaves us.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders above EGP 1,400. Below that, a flat EGP 100 is added at checkout.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, or pay by card at checkout. An order with a pre-order in it is cash on delivery only.
How do I track my order?
Open Track my order at the bottom of any page and enter your order number, or use the link in your confirmation email.
What is a pre-order?
When a perfume is between batches you can still order it as a pre-order. It ships within 8–10 business days, together with the rest of your order, or may be cancelled if the batch is delayed; you’ll be told either way.
Our perfumes
What does “inspired by” mean?
Frag Creations are our own perfumes, each inspired by a niche icon: the same mood and character, blended in Cairo with imported parfum oil. They aren’t the originals and aren’t sold as them, which is why they cost a fraction of the price.
How long do Frag perfumes last?
Every Frag perfume is an eau de parfum, the stronger concentration, made with imported parfum oil (a 30% concentration in the Originals). How long any perfume lasts depends on the skin: spray it on pulse points and clothes for the longest wear.
What sizes do you sell?
Originals and Creations come in 55 ml bottles. A customized perfume is 100 ml.
Where can I smell Frag perfumes in person?
Frag is on the shelves of Locally (Park Mall) and Monkie (Arkan, U Venues and El Gouna). We don’t have a store of our own: we’re online, delivering across Egypt with cash on delivery.
How do I choose a scent online?
Use Find my scent on the home page: five quick questions, and it tells you your scent family and the Frag perfumes in it.
Returns
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Originals and Creations can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original box, once per order. Customized perfumes are made only for you, so they can’t be returned.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost, whatever you ordered.
Customized perfumes and gifts
How does a customized perfume work?
Answer a few playful questions (about two minutes), name your perfume and design its label, and we blend a 100 ml bottle made only for you, ready in 6–8 working days. You can order up to 3 in one order.
Can I make one as a gift?
Yes: choose someone you love in the Studio, add who it’s from, and it ships with their name on the label.
Do you do corporate gifts and events?
Yes, through The Bar, Frag’s sub-brand: bars and giveaways for launches, corporate days and brand activations. Plan yours on The Bar page.
